Loonine is a digital loyalty card platform operated by Advanced PrecisionMed Solutions Limited, trading as Loonine, from Dubai. It serves small businesses in 35 countries across the EU, the United States, the Gulf and the Levant, in English, French and Arabic.
Why we built it this way
Every wallet loyalty platform we looked at made the same assumption: that the customer would happily take out their phone, open a camera and scan a code. In a quiet shop that is true. During a morning rush it is not, and staff quietly stop offering the card.
The programme then fails for operational reasons that never show up in a feature comparison. So we moved the work to the person who is already holding a device and already being paid to be there: staff type a phone number, and the card arrives by text in about three seconds.
Where we are strong, and where we are not
We are good at enrolment speed, at multilingual support including right-to-left Arabic, and at operating in markets most of this category ignores: the Gulf and the Levant alongside Europe and the United States.
We are newer than Loopy Loyalty and Stamp Me, and we have fewer published reviews than either. We do not offer gamified mechanics or hybrid reward models, and that is a deliberate choice rather than a gap we intend to close: a programme nobody has to explain is the one that gets used.
How we handle your data
Your customer list belongs to your business, not to us. Under GDPR you are the data controller and Loonine is a processor acting on your instructions. We never sell customer data and never share it for advertising.
Security & privacy first
The iOS app uses SSL certificate pinning against our API. All passwords are hashed with bcrypt and never stored in plain text. Authentication tokens are stored in the iOS system Keychain. Brute-force protection and account lockout are enforced at the server level.
We do not sell, rent, or share customer data with third parties for advertising. Customer data belongs to the business that collected it.
