Account Deletion

Hand swiping a loyalty card off a phone screen as it fades away.

You can delete your Loonine account and its associated data at any time, directly in the app or by writing to us.

1. From the app (immediate)

Sign in to the Loonine app, open the Profile tab, then choose "Delete Account" at the bottom of the page and confirm. The account and its data are deleted immediately.

2. By email

If you cannot access the app, send your request to [email protected] from the email address linked to your account. We process requests within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Deleting the business account removes the business profile, staff accounts, the loyalty card and its customer records; customers' wallet passes stop working. Some records may be retained where the law requires it (billing, tax obligations), as described in our privacy policy.

Subscription

Deleting the account does not cancel a subscription purchased through the App Store or Google Play. Cancel it in your store's subscription settings before deleting the account.
